This turnkey property,
privately owned, is tastefully furnished with all the amenities
that a discerning gentleman or lady would require.
The home features a spacious living room with an adjoining sitting
room with a working wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped,
recently renovated kitchen with marble countertops and cherry
cabinets, dining area with seating for six, two guest bedrooms,
one with an adjoining sitting area with easy access to the patio
and waterfall pool, and a master bedroom with a terrace overlooking
the front of the property, and two bathrooms in the main part
of the house, and a bathroom located just off of the laundry room
in the garage. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway,
and there is a two-car garage.
Inside, tiled floors with oriental rugs, elegant moldings with
innovative lighting as well as comfortable, yet stylish furnishings
help create a West Indies and Chinese decor that is inviting,
relaxing, and very distinctive. Additionally for the discerning
eye, the house features a number of artworks by the famous Colombian,
Fernando Botero. Other miscellaneous amenities include central
air, an in-house stereo system complete with AM/FM tuner, a five-changer
compact disc player, and tape cassette, two satellite televisions
with video cassette recorders, and a comprehensive security alarm
system. Bed linens and towels are also furnished. The house can
easily accommodate six guests. There is a king bed in the master
bedroom, and two twin beds and a queen bed in the guest rooms
on the first floor.
The outside patio and waterfall pool is easily accessed via the
kitchen and the dining area, or through the second guest bedroom
sitting area. The patio and pool area is extremely private, completely
enclosed with a chain-link fence that is concealed by mature tropical
foliage. The patio is furnished with chaise lounges, and iron
tables and chairs, umbrellas, and even a grill. Garden and pool
service is included. Additionally, canine guests are welcome,
and for a fee, a cleaning service can be scheduled either weekly
or monthly.
