The Sail and
Surf Resort in Marco Island captures the

pool with spacious sundeck, the island's
largest outdoor Jacuzzi whirlpool, a
beach volleyball court and a fitness
center. Sailing, kayaking, aqua biking,
wave running and parasailing are just a
few of the options in this aquatic
playground.

**This
resort has various minimum stay requirements
throughout the year.** The air conditioned one
and two bedroom suites offer fully equipped
kitchens and a private balcony with a partial
view of the Gulf of Mexico. They also feature a
separate living room.
***NOTE:After exceeding 4 guests, an extra person
charge of $16.00 per person per night will be
collected at check out.
***The resort has an additional service charge of
$8.48 per room per night which is tax inclusive
and payable upon check out.
