recently enacted ordinance restricting vacation home rentals in South
Beach and Miami Beach to a "Six Month Minimum" is now in force.
Vacation home rentals in Miami, Key Biscayne, Surfside, and Ft.
Lauderdale are NOT affected by this ordinance and ARE AVAILABLE for
rental on a weekly basis. Your PVR representative will be happy to assist
you in finding a rental home that is appropriate for your needs and time
frame.
