We know which are the nicest properties as well as which units within those selected properties are best (i.e., view, furnishings, etc.) Over the years we have found that internet photos and brochures do not tell the whole story; you must get out there and look at each unit in every property to avoid surprises, such as worn furniture, older bathrooms, smoky smelling units, uncleaned, stained carpets etc. WHAT IF I FIND THE SAME PROPERTY FOR LESS? You can’t, we guarantee it! If you send us a lower price in writing from another agency we will match or beat the price. The cheaper priced unit may be in the rear of the building as opposed to a front unit with a view. So, always call us at (800) 872-3043 to ask. ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE? Yes, we are listed with the Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Miami Visitors & Convention Bureau. WHY RENT A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM VS. STAYING IN A LUXURY HOTEL? You get more while paying less. Most of the Condominium’s we represent accommodate between six and eight people while you’d need several hotel rooms to accomplish that. Also, a Condominium is six to eight times larger and includes a kitchen, dining room, multiple bathrooms, terraces, parking spaces, etc. WE CAN’T AFFORD FIVE STAR ACCOMMODATIONS BUT STILL WANT A VERY NICE CLEAN PLACE, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU OFFER IN MY BUDGET?
