For your reference, below is an example of what the check will look like after being converted to a depositable check:

Please be sure to void your original check and enter into your records as we will be using the exact number shown on your check. If your deposit check or your balance due check is returned for any reason your credit card will be charged a $25.00 processing fee plus a $20.00 returned check charge. Once your check has been returned our bank will not re-deposit your check. VRE will no longer accept a personal or company check for your reservation. You will be required to overnight a Cashier check. While VRE awaits the arrival of your cashiers check the credit card you provided will be Pre-authorized the total amount due to hold the reservation. If you do not overnight a cashiers check your credit card pre-authorization will become an actual charge and a 3% processing fee will be added.
